La Posada, southern Arizona's first nationally accredited, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC), is designed to offer residents a healthy and active retirement lifestyle. As a not-for-profit organization, La Posada relies on partially refundable entry fees and monthly resident service fees to support the over 750 residents who choose to live on our campus. Independent Living entry fees range from $63,000 to $360,000, depending on the apartment or Garden Home style. Monthly service fees range from $1,800 to $4,400 for a single person, with a flat fee for a second person available. Residents gladly trade in the responsibilities of homeownership for the active freedom they experience every day at La Posada. Our meticulously manicured 100-acre resort-like setting provides a country club atmosphere, and our numerous concierge services make life easier. There are also countless stimulating activities right outside our door — from world-renowned birding and hiking to nearby golf courses, culture and art centers. La Posada provides a full continuum of services, including 439 independent living apartments and Garden Homes, 85 assisted living suites, 30 memory care suites, and 58 private and semi-private suites — all in a skilled nursing environment. La Posada empowers residents to lead a full and varied lifestyle. La Posada’s life-lease design, refundable entry fee structure and priority access to the continuum of care secures a seamless array of services to enhance or support the La Posada lifestyle as changes occur. Our mission is “to maximize the well-being and care of seniors.” |
