Golf fans are probably the most at heaven, as the Gardens are right on the Springdale Golf Course. Excellent restaurants, museums, and theaters are nearby as well. Visiting family is has never been easier, as The Gardens is just a few minutes from the regional airport.
Day trips can even be enjoyed to nearby Beaver Lake or the Pea Ridge Nat’l Military Park, perhaps the areas greatest attraction.
People may even move in for the building itself, as no two apartments are the same. Each apartment has its own unique design and personality. The building itself isn’t even a traditional Independent Living facility, as it is rather a series of smaller buildings that sit in a circle.
Most likely it’s the people though, as the kitchen and management staff have been awarded the prestigious Holiday 5 star Award for the past three straight years. |
