Frasier Meadows Retirement Community is a United Methodist church-related, nonprofit, continuing care retirement community whose purpose is to provide a variety of high-quality residential and health care options in a caring and financially responsible environment. We are committed to meeting the emotional, physical, spiritual and social needs of our residents--always recognizing and respecting their need for dignity, community, activity, and economic security.

The vast majority of those the Society serves are elderly, but we also serve others in need. We offer housing options that include nursing beds, assisted living, basic care, congregate living and independent living (individual homes, apartment units, HUD units, duplexes and mobile homes.)
