Co-owner Andrew Forester explained to The Saginaw News that the process requires a delicate touch.


"Your clients have lived in the same place for a long time and you're moving them from the home they probably raised their kids in and made a lifetime of memories in," he said.


That's why a company like his provides a personalized touch for seniors who are hesitant to finally move to a senior living community. He spent two weeks getting to better know one couple before he began moving their possessions. This way, he knows the importance and arrangement of most everything inside the house.


"We do this because this is where our hearts are," he told the news source.
