Our nurses live in your community, understand your special needs and set up an individualized plan of home health care in conjunction with your physician.

For nearly 25 years, Hospice of Tabitha has been giving people nearing the end of their lives the hope to be free of pain, symptoms and suffering. Our Medicare certified hospice team meets the emotional, spiritual and comfort needs of people with diagnoses such as cancer, AIDS, Alzheimer’s/dementia, stroke and kidney, liver, lung or heart disease.
Hospice of Tabitha was the first to provide hospice in Lincoln and is the oldest existing program in Nebraska. Hospice of Tabitha provides care wherever you call home. We serve Tabitha’s Maseman Hospice Unit and other nursing and assisted living facilities. Specially trained nurses, social workers, clergy and volunteers combine their efforts to support hospice patients and their families. |
