Spectrum Medical, Inc.

Spectrum Medical, Inc. is licensed under the state of Montana to provide home health services to Cascade, Teton, Choteau, Lewis and Clark, Judith Basin and Pondera counties. We also provide comprehensive skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, medical social work, and home health aide services. Home health care is tailored to each individual's needs in a setting that is often more conducive to the client's well-being than a hospital room.

As a home health client, you are actively involved in the development and implementation of your care. Your health care needs are provided and monitored by trained health care professionals under the direction of your physician.

Home health care services are provided when deemed reasonable and necessary by your physician to home-bound clients. Any client who needs skilled professional care and is under the care of a qualified physician is eligible for home health care.

Skilled service in the home is reimbursable through Medicare, Medicaid, most commercial insurers, and through Private Pay. With the exception of private payment, there are certain qualifying criteria that payors require. The home health staff at Spectrum Medical, Inc. will answer any questions you may have regarding payment.
