We at Souhegan Home and Hospice Care have helped and will continue to help individuals in our community from the very young to the very old for over 50 years. Our goal is to assist those in gaining dignity and self-respect while promoting independence. Our goal is to provide quality and compassionate care regardless of the cost.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide Professional Care and Personal Compassion.  We have an agency nurse on call and have services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
