Seasons of Life Hospice

If an individual or a loved one has a terminal illness, the Hospice team works with them and their personal physician to provide a variety of services which include:

·        nurse visits

·        pain management and symptom control

·        home health aide services

·        volunteer services

·        prescription medications

·        medical equipment and supplies

·        therapists

·        art therapy

·        pet therapy

·        bereavement support

Costs are covered through a combination of insurance and private pay. The program is a Medicare/Medicaid certified provider.

In addition to traditional hospice care, Seasons of Life Hospice has a new residential facility located at 9511 West Pleasant Valley Road in Parma.

It features 10 private patient rooms and includes homecooked meals, living and dining rooms, sacred spaces to express spirituality and private areas for patients and families.
