Andrew H. Schwartz received his B.A. in Politics (cum laude) from Brandeis University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
He practices primarily in the area of Real Estate law, representing lenders including banks, credit unions, and mortgage companies. Attorney Schwartz also represents buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate.
Attorney Schwartz currently serves as the Vice President of the Plymouth County Bar Association. He also currently serves as the President of Pilgrim Advocates, Inc., a non-profit corporation which oversees the program providing counsel to indigent defendants in the Plymouth County courts.
Joshua R. Weinberger received his B.A. in from Emory University and his J.D. (cum laude) from Suffolk University.
He practices in the areas of Civil Litigation representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters and landlords and tenants in eviction and other housing matters.
He also practices in the area of Criminal Law, including OUI defense.
Laura J. Daley received her B.A. in from University and her J.D. from Suffolk University.
She practices primarily in the area of Estate Planning and Probate law, including wills, trusts and elder asset protection. |
