Lori Ens is a Certified Holistic Therapist, who is passionate about helping people heal through natural therapies.  Reflexology uses specific pressure techniques on the feet, which stimulates healing of the whole person.  It has been shown to improve digestion, circulation, sleep, pain perception etc.  Aromatherapy uses pure plant oils which are applied therapeutically in massage, diffuser, bath, and custom remedies.
