Pomona Adult Day Health Care Center

Pomona ADHC is a community based center designed to serve the frail elderly and those individual eighteen years of age and older coping with a physical; cognitive or developmental disability. We accept Medi-Cal /Medicare ( SCAN). Our goal is to maximize the physical; mental and social functioning of our participants so that they are able to remain as independent as possible; while providing the caregivers peace of mind knowing their loved on is safe and well cared for during the day.
