MeritCare Home Care is a personal and economical alternative to lengthy and costly hospital or institutional care. We offer quality, comprehensive services in the comfort of one's home.
After an individual has been referred to home care, a member of MeritCare's home care team meets with the patient/client and/or family to discuss their needs.
A plan of treatment/care plan is developed in cooperation with the patient/client, physician (when appropriate), family and other professional personnel involved. All services are coordinated by MeritCare Home Care.
