Home health care is intermittent skilled nursing and other healthcare services in your home such as:

· home health aide (personal care).
Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance policies cover home care.
We are licensed by the North Carolina Division of Facility Services and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Liberty is certified for Medicare and Medicaid under the Health Care Financing Administration and is accredited with commendation by the Accreditation Commission for Home Care.
Highly trained, caring professionals will work closely with the patient, the patient's family and the patient's physician to develop a plan of care that describes what to expect during the course of treatment.
