Home health care is intermittent skilled nursing and other healthcare services in your home such as:

We are licensed by the North Carolina Division of Facility Services and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. Liberty is certified for Medicare and Medicaid under the Health Care Financing Administration and is accredited with commendation by the Accreditation Commission for Home Care.
