HomeCare & Hospice, a non-profit agency, provides a variety of comprehensive professional and para-professional health care services to all age groups. Home Health Care serves patients in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Wyoming counties. We also have offices in Genesee and northern Wyoming counties.  

Home Care offers a viable alternative to institutional care. Our staff of more than 200 is professionally screened, trained, and supervised to meet both New York State requirements and our own high standards for caregiving personnel.

• We are the only Medicare-certified Hospice program serving Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee and Wyoming counties. This means we bill Medicare directly and we must meet very strict government requirements in the provision of services.

• Our New York State certified home health aide training program includes detailed classroom and clinical instruction. Merely passing the course does not ensure employment. Our aides have to meet agency and state guidelines.

• As a non-profit United Way agency, we offer financial assistance for respite care, persons with developmental disabilities and individuals with limited resources.

• We are not a "chain" organization. Local people founded this agency. Local people staff it, from our CEO Team and Board of Directors, to our nurses and home health aides. We care about our community!
