The Greater Medford Visiting Nursing Association & Additional Care is a non-profit organization that has been providing home health care and community health programs for more than a century.
Our roots are deep in the community. The GMVNA supports the community through elder outreach, public health initiatives, private duty services and caregiver support programs. In turn the community has always supported the GMVNA by choosing us for their home care needs.
Our vision is to be the preferred provider of home health care services in the Greater Medford area, consistently delivering comprehensive, high quality, compassionate care and responsive customer service. We strive to become the standard on which local home health care services are measured.
Our highly trained staff provides sophisticated, coordinated health care at home. We work closely with the patient, caregivers, and physicians to ensure that patient care needs are being met. Care is provided with respect for the patient, their home and their dignity.
