CareForce has worked hard to earned its reputation as one of the most trusted providers of home care and supplemental staffing in the greater Seattle area since it was founded in 1999. We are known for our outstanding professional caregivers, rapid response times, exceptional customer service, guaranteed reliability, and our uncompromising commitment to quality care and integrity in all that we do.

CareForce is a family-owned company, guided by its Mission, family values, and professional ethics. It's local founders have Masters degrees in Nursing and Social Worker from Washington Universities. Together they bring over 60 years experience in health care delivery to CareForce. The owners direct their company with a deep belief in client and employee education and a passion for excellence in care and customer service.

CareForce caregivers and their RN supervisors have extensive knowledge, special training, and experience working with people who require assistance with:

·         Alzheimer's / Dementia Care / Memory Impairment

·         Frail Elder Care and Companionship

·         Chronic Illness / Disability Care

·         Rehabilitation Care Following Surgery or Injury

·         Supplemental Care in a Residential Facility

·         Respite Care During the Absence of a Regular Caregiver

Professional caregivers assist with the non-medical tasks that a person cannot safely or comfortably do alone. Examples of the type of help usually provided by Home Care aides include:

Personal Care – Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, exercise and medication reminders and assist

Household Tasks – Meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, pet care, errands as needed

Companionship – Provide a listening ear, cheerful conversation, and a caring heart while working around the house, escorting and driving on trips to the doctor, hairdresser, house of worship, the home of a friend, or recreational outing

Respite – Fill in for a regular caregiver when they are unable to work due to illness, vacation, or other much needed time away
