BUSHNELL - A Peoria-based health care company will build at least 30 assisted living units on the northeast edge of Bushnell, thanks in part to last week's announcement that part of the city is now included in an enterprise zone.
Petersen Healthcare anticipates starting construction on Courtyard Estates of Bushnell in the fall of 2006. The official announcement came during Monday night's Bushnell City Council meeting, when aldermen were shown artistic drawings of what the exterior could look like as well as photographs of the interiors of existing facilities.
