Year founded: The Towers has offered its residents assisted living services through an agreement with Utopia Assisted Living Services since 1996.
No. of assisted living apartments: 60 dedicated assisted living apartments. Assisted living services are available in to residents living in all 355 apartments of the Towers.

Cost range of apartments: $875 to $1,665 (HUD Section 8 rent subsidies are available to all residents living in Tower East. Tower One has a limited number of subsidies)
Assisted living services offered: assessment, activities of daily living (assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, personal care, medication management; also light homemaking, escort, etc.)
Medical services offered: On-site primary care is offered by the Hospital of St. Raphael's ElderCare Program.
Affiliated with a nursing home: No affiliation. The Towers maintain relationships with several nursing homes throughout the state.
Activities offered: Intergenerational programs, arts & crafts, cultural programs, concerts, book club, Yiddish club, exercise classes, tai chi, yoga for seniors, bingo, movies, knitting club, sing-a-longs, choir, spirituality group, scheduled excursions, etc.
Jewish programming: Weekly Shabbat services, programs and services for all holidays, soul-stretching, spirituality discussion group, intergenerational programs with Jewish day schools, regularly scheduled discussion groups with local rabbis.
Transportation services: The Towers does not have its own vehicles. Our social service staff arrange for individual transportation as needed. Shopping buses sponsored by local supermarkets operate four days each week. Residents may utilize the city's "My Ride" system.
