Senior seminar, social planned for Thursday

The event is designed for active seniors, caregivers and healthcare professionals and will include free food, giveaways, prizes, health education, information and ideas for advance-care planning. Health screenings for memory, balance, blood pressure, chiropractic and the nervous system will be conducted.

Dr. Rodney Short of Neurology Consultants, P.C., Davenport, a specialist in Alzheimer's disease, dementia and memory loss, will conduct a feature presentation from 6-7 p.m.
