Hypoguard USA, Inc., a leading
manufacturer of diagnostic products and related medical devices, has compiled
a long-term care advisory board to assist in the design and development of new
products. The group will meet annually starting in June.

maintain a high standard of quality and meet the changing needs of today's
healthcare facilitators and their patients by creating LTC specific products."
Industry experts lead initiative
The advisory board is currently comprised of three independent members
each with extensive healthcare experience. One of the members is Barbara
Sword, RN, who is the Director of Clinical Services for Hickory Creek
Foundation (Indiana). She has 32 years of long-term care and more than 35
years of healthcare experience. Barbara Hylle, RN, BC, Director of Nursing for
Benedictine Health Center (Minnesota), brings more than 21 years of knowledge
to her board appointment. They will be joined by Bentonville Manor (Arkansas)
Nursing Home's Administrator, Tommy Johnston, RN, who has been working in
long-term care for 13 years.
Up to four additional members are expected to join the board and will be
announced at a later date.
