By Dennis Wyatt Managing Editor Oct. 22, 2009 Magnolia Court – a 52-unit subsidized senior housing complex – is getting ready to move toward construction. The City Council Tuesday approved an improvement agreement that outlines $200,000 worth of public improvements beneath and along North Grant Street that the San Diego firm building the complex behind Dribble’s Car Wash and Burger King has to make. The agreement is needed before the city can approve a building site plan. When completed, there will be 211 subsidized senior housing units in Manteca between Magnolia Court, Eden Housing’s Almond Terrace, and Eskaton’s Manteca Manor.
