Friday, June 26, 2009 The construction of another 60 apartment units at Meadow Lakes, a 103-acre retirement community on the border of East Windsor and Hightstown, was celebrated yesterday. Darren Seise, marketing director for PHS Senior Living, said the expansion was five years in the making, beginning with focus groups and ending with a two-year stretch of construction. A weekend-long open house was planned to help get the marketing of the new homes off to a start.
