Works progressing on new units at Retirement Village

ARARAT - Works are progressing well on Ararat Retirement Village's $4.5 million unit re-development.

The free standing units are 80percent completed with works now focusing on the terraces.

Ararat Retirement Village manager of administration finance and independent living Barb Jardine said these independent living units and terraces were stage one of a two stage process to update the Village's independent living facilities.

"This is stage one, it will be done in May with occupancy in July," Ms Jardine said.
