Dialysis may be a treatment option worth considering for more than 26 million Americans who suffer from chronic kidney disease, and several informational seminars are available, including for those using homecare.

March is National Kidney Month, and Fresenius Medical Care, a dialysis provider, offers monthly sessions on treatment options to those who may begin dialysis treatment, which eliminates waste product
