A comprehensive continuing care retirement community is a smart decision you can make now about your financial future. It is designed to help protect you against the rising costs of long-term care. When you qualify for independent living, you’ll know that assisted living, memory support care and skilled nursing care are available on site should the need arise. All for a more predictable fee than increasing market rates. Combine that with your choice of entrance fee return programs and you can plan for your future with confidence.
In fact, there’s never been a better time to guard against the rising costs of long-term care and the uncertainties of today’s markets. When you move to a comprehensive continuing care retirement community with a flexible entrance fee refund program, you have the option of having a large percentage of your entrance fee returned to you. That means while you enjoy the lifestyle the community has to offer—the helpful concierge who greets you and your guests, the familiar housekeeper who knows just how you like your home, the chef who prepares delicious selections every day, and the vibrant social life and fitness programs—you know that the entrance fee amount you selected is refundable. ---
