"As we get older we are going to need help.
So if seniors have a good relationship with their children, they want to start the process of talking with them about certain aspects of their finances," Suzanne Hall, director of SENIOR Connect, told the news source.
According to the Administration on Aging, the median income for families headed by people over the age of 65 is over $44,000 annually. Retirement living seniors should remember that responsibly managing their finances now can only help them in the future.
