Frank Morris writes for About Seniors.

A leading commentator on retirement and care issues, Morris joined About Seniors as a specialist in these areas.

Frank has been involved in the retirement industry as a writer and public affairs adviser to peak associations, architects, and private and not-for-profit providers in Australia since 1990.

Through his columns in a national newspaper, supplements, features, handbooks, industry and professional publications, radio and television segments, he can claim to have written more education-based material on retirement housing and aged care issues than anyone in Australia.

From 1991 to 1998 he was editor and publisher of the first retirement village directory in Australia.

He created Retirement Village Week.

Government and industry have praised many of the community-awareness initiatives he introduced in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland from 1991.

Two years ago he launched the Which Care? introductory course for working family carers. This is the first of its kind in Australia, and is part of the adult and community education program in Sydney.

Morris writes about retirement housing and aged care in Australia. He covers assisted living as well as independent living and lifestyle issues for seniors and the elderly. He also addresses health matters as well as community living, hostels, nursing homes and other concerns of older people and those about to retire.
