Sunrise Senior Living This summer, a group of 55 adults—some just out of college, others long since retired—will gather at the University of Virginia for a weeklong symposium on Thomas Jefferson. They will live in dormitory rooms that Jefferson designed in 1819, take a private, after-hours tour of Monticello, and participate in discussions led by some of the most distinguished Jefferson scholars in the nation on his relationship with such figures as John Adams, Alexander Hamilton, and James Madison. An assisted living community may be the ideal place for your loved one to recover from a serious illness or an operation, since many assisted living communities offer short-term stays. Sunrise Senior Living The effect of aging on personality is difficult to predict. Some people become less demanding and more forgiving with the passage of time. They are at peace with their own failings and more understanding of the failures of others. They are less wary and defensive, more open to new experiences, and more appreciative of kindness and beauty. |
