Ability to provide leadership and provide input and/or perform supervisory responsibilities such as hiring, training, terminating and conducting job performance evaluations when requested.Excellent verbal/written communication skills; ability to make presentations to large groups. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be oriented towards providing excellent customer service. Ability to time-manage, delegate work, and organize resources effectively. Must be able to make decisions using independent judgment, with attention to detail and follow-through. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of JDEdwards software preferred.
