We are currently accepting resumes for the position of SALES MANAGER for our CALLAHAN HOUSE community located in SHORELINE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Director to develop, execute and enhance marketing strategy for our premier assisted living community.
Develop and implement all aspects of marketing plan including advertising, community relations, sales, and special events for community.
Monitor market competition, market conditions, and competitive services/products in marketing area.
Drives and supports the marketing communications and community relations programs for the community, including but not limited to: trade shows, special events, community seminars, charitable associations.
Ability to facilitate, support and develop a win/win situation utilizing the cluster concept with other communities to most effectively position Aegis
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years marketing and sales experience.
Healthcare experience required. Assisted Living, Senior Living, or Dementia care experience preferred.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Solid track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
Experience with revenue management and development of pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Solid marketing background in the areas of advertising, community relations, special events and networking.
Exceptional oral communication and presentation skills, with the proven ability to effectively communicate the company's vision, competitive advantage and strategies.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to work successfully with marketing, operations and cross-functional teams.
Drives operational excellence through the organization.
Experience using competitive analysis tools, understand what the date means and the ability to turn the information into productive action plans and solutions.
Superior customer service orientation.
