We live by our values of “It’s PERSONAL.” The Village at Willow Crossings, located in Mansfield, MA, is currently seeking a Resident Care Director to oversee all aspects of resident care for our 114 unit Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. The Resident Care Director is responsible for successful operation of the resident care department, including the direct supervision of all nursing and resident care positions, and hires, trains, coaches and counsels all resident care staff. This position conducts clinical assessments on all incoming residents and serves as a member of the community management team. The Resident Care Director is responsible for assuring compliance and safety as it relates to all resident care regulations.
