Company profile: Delmanor Seniors Communities Inc. provides the ultimate in independent and assisted living accommodations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Delmanor currently owns and operates 4 retirement communities and one Long Term Care home. The company is focused on growing its portfolio of retirement residences by constructing and developing new communities. Delmanor is part of the Tridel Group, Canada's largest high-rise residential condominium builder. Location: Delmanor Wynford. This is Delmanor Seniors Communities' newest property which opened in January 2010. It is located near Eglinton Ave E and the DVP. Delmanor Wynford is a 120 suite independent living operation, with an experienced team and great reputation in the community. Reporting To: Delmanor – Chief Operating Officer DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS 1.Has a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in the retirement or hospitality industry. 2.Experience in progressively responsible roles where he/she has demonstrated ability in leadership, interpersonal skills, marketing and financial planning. 3.Graduate of a certificate/diploma or degree in gerontology, nursing, social work, hospitality or business. 4.Demonstrates that he/she is self-directed, accountable, an effective problem-solver and has proven leader skills. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY To create and operate a Retirement Community where the residents enjoy a lifestyle and quality of life exceeding their expectations.
