Reporting to the General Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager is accountable to manage all aspects of the food and beverage department through effective planning, direction and control, to meet the nutritional needs of the Residents in accordance with legislative requirements and Specialty Living standards. The Food and Beverage Manager is required to perform their duties in a manner consistent with the core values and employee guiding principles, ensure resident safety, and demonstrate customer service excellence. |
