Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will be accountable for the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the residence including marketing, Resident care and services, food services, recreation services, environmental services, office and property management in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications
• Certificate/degree in health, business, marketing and/or social services;
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant management experience, preferably in a retirement residence, hotel or other hospitality industry setting;
• Must be a competent person as defined by the Occupational Health & Safety Act;
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office applications);
• Proficiency in a second language consistent with the Resident population is considered an asset.
