Director of Marketing Resources

Knowledge of all aspects of marketing, which includes, but is not limited to, advertising, census management, and public relations. Ability to provide leadership and perform supervisory responsibilities such as hiring, discipline, termination, and conducting of job performance evaluations. Proficiency in computer use and relevant software applications. Proficiency in organizational skills. Ability to properly, and positively convey marketing concepts and ideas. Ability to travel when necessary. Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under time constraints and meet department deadlines. Ability to keep all business and operations information confidential. Desire and ability to be a team player.
