You are responsible for the coordination and implementation of resident care, based upon pre-established standards, to ensure quality of life for each individual resident. You plan, direct, coordinate and supervise the overall program for the residents within the residences. A current registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with The College of Nurses is required. You have a minimum of three years relevant experience in organizational management and/or long term care and have a current C.P.R. designation. Proficiency in a second language is an asset.
