Windsor Executive Search, specialists in senior housing recruitment, seeks talented, passionate, seeks a drive Executive Director for a 60 unit Assisted Living community in North Carolina. We seek a seasoned ED who also has experience with marketing and community outreach. If you are census-driven manager who can improve moral, make decisions on your own and lead your team to better performance, you just may be the one we are searching for. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years Assisted Living / Alzheimer’s management experience in senior living. If you can lead teams, manage a campus of two communities, keep a happy resident population, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Executive Director will lead a team of senior living professionals and inspire the commitment to delivering quality services to our residents. The Executive Director will report to a Regional Director of this small company that owns and manages senior living communities. Our client offers a $55,000 -60,000 base salary, bonuses (up to $20K) and a benefits package. Relocation assistance will be considered for an outstanding candidate.
