At Parkdale, skilled nursing, coupled with our commitment to service and excellence, allows us to provide some of the finest nursing services available in Carbon and Emmery County. Parkdale provides an outstanding team of nurses, therapists, and administrative staff who work in conjunction with our activities, dietary and housekeeping personnel to ensure quality services. All are committed to providing compassionate, respectful care and service to our residents and their families

Heritage Place provides a warm, home-like environment. Each resident has a tastefully decorated apartment suite with private bathroom and closet. Family and residents are encouraged to bring in several treasured photos, paintings, or favorite furniture items so the resident can feel at home in a room furnished with familiar, cherished items.

We accommodate 104 residents and we are located in the heart of Holladay. Our healthcare center is Medicare certified. We have an Alzheimer's and Dementia Unit along with a long-term care and rehabilitation wing. We are also conveniently located near five major hospitals. Holladay Healthcare Center is a 2006 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award.
