Here are some simple instructions for developing your community presentation.

1. Write a 45 to 60 second script about your community. Here is a sample community script:

Green Tree is tastefully designed to offer an elegant lifestyle to residents who want to maintain their independence while getting a helping hand with personal care. Scenic views of the surrounding wooded hills and local community delights the eye at every window. Convenient amenities include a gift shop and barber/beauty salon. Three delicious meals are served restaurant style in the attractive dining room or by room service to your apartment. Scheduled transportation is provided to fun social activities, community events, doctor's appointments, and shopping centers. Weekly maid and linen services will give you more freedom to enjoy the Green Tree lifestyle. Each of our private apartments is specifically designed for your comfort. Neutral colors enable you to add those personal touches of home as you like. Residents choose their home from several floor plans ranging from a cozy studio to a spacious three-room suite. 2. Our development department will read your script and make any necessary changes or suggestions.
    

3. Choose the voice talent you would like to host your presentation. Hover over the voices below.
   
   

4. You will receive a list of suggested photos to submit that will coincide with the presentation script. We ask that original photos in a Jpeg format are submitted to us in the highest resolution available. Photography services are available.
    

5. The presentation will be completed and ready for your approval in a one week time period after all content and photographs have been received.
    

6. Upon your approval the code for your web site and the email signature button will be provided for your use.
