We have extensive experience with all assisted multifamily housing programs, including the LIHTC program. Many of our key staff have over 20 years of experience in the operation and management of rental housing, as well as condominiums and homeowner associations.

Woodcrest Villa is designed for people who want to enjoy carefree living among family and friends in a secure, beautiful setting in the heart of Lancaster County. We currently offer 359 apartments and 52 villas with our new villa expansion, The Villas at Woodcrest offers six exciting floorplans to reserve.

The Danner Home offers a private room with private or shared bath facilities and three meals a day for a maximum of ten female and two male residents. The Home does not provide nursing care but does have a full-time directress residing in the Home at all times. Lovely living and dining rooms as well as a spacious porch lend themselves to small group activities and entertaining. A computer is available for the use of the residents.

HACP provides its residents with a variety of services that promote and develop job and life skills. We have launched programs to facilitate resident self-sufficiency and create home ownership opportunities. HACP strives to enrich the lives of our residents by providing educational, recreational and lifestyle programs tailored for youth, families and seniors.
