President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Heltay's search theory and social media knowledge has been media-showcased and presented at numerous retirement living conferences. Evan is uniquely equipped to guide a fast-growing number of seniors and baby boomers searching online for retirement and health care options. He has achieved a history of driving success in online branding, marketing and sales for over 15 years.

His Internet career began in 1996, as the Vendor Relationship Manager for Mark's Virtual Store Inc. (MVSI) He introduced and directed MVSI to online sales and marketing in acquiring over 60 major manufacturers. Later, Mr. Heltay worked as National Sales Manager for Savvy Knowledge Systems Corp., a Calgary-based educational and medical software developer.

He has presented on Internet topics to business owners in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Israel.

Hagai Maidenberg
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Maidenberg is the driving force behind RetirementHomes.com's cutting edge technology and online market direction.

He contributes 10 plus years experience in Web-based decision support and business intelligence solutions. A technical and analytical strategist, Hagai leverages RetirementHomes.com's technical architecture, creating partnerships with various online companies to acquire the highest ROI.

Prior to joining RetirementHomes.com, Mr. Maidenberg led the Research & Development team at D&V Electronics Ltd., and directed the company with an innovative embedded SBC equipment controller. Hagai holds an Honours B.SC. from the University of Toronto, with an Information Systems Specialist Degree.

Blair Carey
Managing Director

Mr. Carey is personally involved in all aspects of RetirementHomes.com. He oversees all the company's departments – finance, sales and marketing, content and social media. Blair handles his various roles with considerable talent and creativity. He has acquired experience in the Finance industry where he served as an investment and research analyst.

Mr. Carey has successfully built on his stature to encompass Social Media. He has spoken at numerous Senior Living conferences across North America on Online Marketing and Social Media.

Intellectual curiosity is the keystone of his managerial success coupled with a unique insight to understand online business and communication trends. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Blair serves as Chair of the Users Advisory Council for the Accounting Standards Board of Canada.

Stephen Winbaum
Communications Coordinator

Ideas, concepts and clarity form the background of Stephen Winbaum's role as the Communications Coordinator of RetirementHomes.com. He is responsible for creating and managing website content and working closely with contributors.

Since joining RetirementHomes.com in 2005, Stephen has written insightfully on retirement and senior housing trends. He is the editor of the monthly B2B newsletter – Senior Industry Insider – and the manager of The Library, a fresh content anthology of international senior-related articles.

A graduate of the Ryerson School of Journalism, Stephen has contributed freelance articles to the magazine industry.

He has worked with senior websites across North America including the International Council on Active Aging, the American Seniors Association and Senior.com. An in-demand speaker, he has presented at Senior Living conferences across North America.

Robert heads up RetirementHomes.com's social media division and is an expert producer of educational Senior Industry Webinars.

He is a dual Journalism graduate from Algonquin College and The University of Ottawa.
