President and Chief Executive Officer
Evan brings over 10 years of Internet branding and sales experience with such activities as business development, web development, sales and marketing.
Evan has a history of driving success in online branding, marketing, and sales. His Internet career began in 1996, when he became the Vendor Relationship Manager for Mark's Virtual Store Inc. (MVSI) He directed MVSI's efforts to acquire over 60 major manufacturers and introduced them to online sales and marketing. Later, Mr. Heltay worked as National Sales Manager for Savvy Knowledge Systems Corp. a Calgary based educational and medical software developer..
He has lectured to business owners in Canada, the United States, The United Kingdom and Israel about search engine marketing, online sales, and website development. In addition he has been featured in dozens of newspapers, magazines, radio and television shows across Canada and the United States.

He brings more than 8 years of experience with client/server and Web-based decision support and business intelligence solutions. In addition to his responsibilities for the technical strategy for RetirementHomes.com,
Hagai spends considerable time optimizing for thousands of keywords so that RetirementHomes.com ranks highly on the major search engines. In addition, Hagai is able to leverage the company’s technical architecture, to create partnerships with various companies which allows RetirementHomes.com to provide their clients with the highest ROI possible.

Stephen Winbaum
Communications Coordinator
Ideas, concepts and clarity form the background of Stephen Winbaum’s role as the Communications Coordinator of RetirementHomes.com. He is responsible for creating and managing website content and working closely with contributors.
Since joining RetirementHomes.com in 2005, Stephen has written insightfully on retirement and senior housing trends. He is the editor of the monthly newsletter and the creator and manager of The Library, a fresh content anthology of international senior-related articles. He also directs RetirementHomes.com’s Public Relations Department.
A graduate of the Ryerson School of Journalism, Stephen has contributed freelance articles to the magazine industry.
