As a resident of Northridge, you’ll relax in an apartment decorated and furnished with your own personal touch and belongings. You'll also have the opportunity to visit your neighbors or have them visit you. When family or friends come to town, they are always welcome to be overnight guests in your apartment at no charge.

Pioneer Memorial Hospital is a 12-bed acute care facility with a cardiac care unit and swing bed unit. The hospital's emergency room maintains an Oregon Trauma Level IV designation.

Established in 1957, Presbyterian Community Care Center is located in the small Eastern Oregon town of Ontario. An integral part of the Treasure Valley, PCCC provides therapies and nursing care in a rural, agricultural setting reflecting the lifestyles of most of our residents. Easy access to shady courtyards and an outdoor exercise garden characterize the PCCC community.

Assumption Village, developed by Village Enterprises, opened its doors in June of 2002 in the St. John's neighborhood of North Portland. Designed as a close-knit community built around a public space with a bubbling fountain, courtyard and chapel. Assumption Village's 30 independent living apartments are available in one and two-bedroom designs.
