Valley Eldercare Center is a 160 bed skilled nursing facility, providing 24-hour nursing care by licensed nursing staff who are trained for most sub-acute needs. Our nursing home is located at 2900 14th Avenue South, Grand Forks, ND at the south end of the medical park complex.

The Nursing Home is a Medicare/Medicaid Skilled Nursing Facility, which also has a V/A contract. The home provides nursing services, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and activities for residents.
