Fieldcrest Manor accommodates 62 residents. We offer short-term rehabilitation, complex medical care, skilled nursing services, respite and traditional long-term care. Our residential care program is for people who are moderately independent but require a supported living environment. Specially suited to the needs of people with acquired brain injury, our program offers structure and a supportive environment. Residents also have access to the clinical expertise and therapy programs throughout the building to help them maintain high levels of function and independence in their lives.

Since its opening, the Island Nursing Home and Care Center has diversified to further comprise 38 dually certified nursing/skilled nursing beds, 32 residential care beds, Adult Day Care services, Child Day Care services, Respite Care, Hospice Care and expanded community outreach programs in caregiver support and education.
