Fieldcrest Manor accommodates 62 residents. We offer short-term rehabilitation, complex medical care, skilled nursing services, respite and traditional long-term care. Our compassionate staff strives to provide quality care, serving the physical and emotional needs of our residents in their healthcare delivery.

Since its opening, the Island Nursing Home and Care Center has diversified to further comprise 38 dually certified nursing/skilled nursing beds, 32 residential care beds, Adult Day Care services, Child Day Care services, Respite Care, Hospice Care and expanded community outreach programs in caregiver support and education.
