Chehalem Health & Rehab is located on Fulton St. just blocks from the local hospital. The facility is tucked away on a quiet residential street near a city park. Chehalem is a 99 bed nursing facility that provides traditional nursing and rehabilitative care.

For the older adult there is housing and there is housing with services available. Different states may have different licensing types for housing which offer services and regulations may differ from state to state on what services can or can not be provided under the licensing types. To still further confuse us, different housing providers and managers will coin new terms to suggest what may or may not be available in their building.

Tierra Rose has been providing quality care to seniors for over 20 years. A family-owned business, we purchased Colonial Arms Nursing Home, a 46-bed facility in Salem in 1980.

Contributions support all aspects of our caring community at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center. These gifts support spiritual care, intergenerational opportunities, therapy, activity programs such as cooking and singing, gardening projects and the financial assistance needed to pay for expenses often not covered.
