A shaded patio in front of the building warmly welcomes residents and visitors. Westridge Nursing & Rehab Center is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility. We opened our doors in 2003 and feature state-of-the art equipment and personalized service stressing the individual’s right to dignity and respect. We provide nursing care, skilled nursing care, respite care, hospice care and rehabilitation service through Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy. We also provide social services, activities and spiritual and family care.
