Serving the Pana community for over 30 years, Heritage Manor – Pana has been owned and operated by Heritage Enterprises since 1996. Formerly known as both Pana Health Care and Barry Care Center, our facility has undergone a complete remodeling in 1992, and is a 151-bed, skilled nursing facility.

As a certified Medicare and Medicaid facility, we offer excellent therapy, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. We can provide the rehabilitation that allows residents to return to their homes.
