Brittany Farms Health Center is a 282-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to its residents' care and rehabilitation needs and is a member of the Hospital for Special Care community. Established in 1968, Brittany has grown to boast a state-of-the-art subacute unit known for its excellence in subacute rehabilitation, a Special Care Dementia Unit, and a Long Term Care Unit.
