Farmington Square of Beaverton is located close to downtown Beaverton and offers Assisted Care, Enhanced Care, the newly opened Transitions™ program and Memory care. One assisted/enhanced care building is for those who are cognitive and need help with some activities of daily living.

Farmington Square of Gresham offers Enhanced Care and Memory care to residents in four residential-style homes.
